This website is operated by Restic, a real-estate intermediary curating residential, commercial, and plotted projects from approved developers. Listings are compiled from developer brochures, RERA portals, and similar public sources.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we put care into accuracy, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

Specifications, pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, floor plans, configurations, RERA registration numbers, and amenities can change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a guarantee of allotment.

• Images and renders are indicative — actual delivered units may differ.
• Quoted prices are starting ranges and exclude GST, registration, stamp duty, and other statutory charges.
• Availability is dynamic — what is shown live may already be sold by the time you enquire.

Restic acts as a facilitator between you and the developer. We are not a party to any sale, allotment, or lease. We do not collect booking amounts on behalf of developers, and any payment must be made directly to the developer through official channels with a documented receipt.

Brokerage, where applicable, is payable only under a separately executed agreement and is governed by the prevailing market norms and applicable law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details and not impersonate any other person.
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Not scrape, mirror, harvest, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or its content.
• Conduct your own due diligence — verify RERA registration, title, approvals, and physical site condition before booking.

Project names, logos, brochures, renders, and images belong to the respective developers and are used here for information only. The site's layout, design, code, and curated content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The site may link to developer websites, RERA portals, or payment gateways. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Use such links at your own discretion.

Wherever applicable, the project's RERA registration number is displayed on the project detail page. You are strongly advised to verify the registration directly on your state's official RERA portal before making any booking, payment, or commitment. Projects marked as upcoming, pre-launch, or under approval may not yet carry a RERA number.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Restic, its affiliates, owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or reliance on any information shown here, including but not limited to financial loss, delayed possession, or change of project specifications by the developer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resticfrom any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after an update implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
