04Role of the realtor
Restic acts as a facilitator between you and the developer. We are not a party to any sale, allotment, or lease. We do not collect booking amounts on behalf of developers, and any payment must be made directly to the developer through official channels with a documented receipt.
Brokerage, where applicable, is payable only under a separately executed agreement and is governed by the prevailing market norms and applicable law.
